Yes. We make every effort to ensure that the product you receive matches the images shown on our website.
Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Yes. Every Lecner product goes through strict quality inspection and secure packaging before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, the order details and receipt will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.
You can also check your order information in “My Account” on our website (if logged in).

How can I return an item?

We do not offer refunds.
Exchange is allowed only in case of:

  • Damaged product, or

  • Wrong product delivered

Important Conditions:

  • A clear, continuous opening video (no edits) is mandatory

  • The sealed package must be shown before opening

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
